The new battalion logo for 2nd Supply Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group bears the phrase, "Legacy of Montford Point," to represent the battalion's unique link to the African-American Marines who trained at Montford Point, N.C., during World War II. The unit unveiled the logo during a ceremony aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 6, 2014.
