Fifth and sixth-graders from Larned Middle School, Larned, Kans., visit the Wass De Dzege Cavalry Stable and the 1st Infantry Division Museum at Fort Riley, May 1. The field trip, part of an incentive program used to cultivate young leaders, gives the class a behind-the-scenes look at the care given to the Commanding General's Mounted Color Guard's horses and a peek into the rich history of the Big Red One.
