Joseph Martin, commander, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, at Camp Liberty on Nov. 29. The Dagger Brigade assumed responsibility for northwest Baghdad on Nov. 20 and is scheduled to be deployed to Iraq for one year.
