Sgt. Oliver R. Plaza, a carpentry and masonry specialist with the 15th Engineer Battalion, 18th Engineer Brigade, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, fires his M4A1 rifle during the marksmanship portion of the 21st TSC’s Best Warrior competition April 29.
