Spc. Andrew Harman, a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Pvt. Justin Jokumsen, a native of Prairie Du Chien, Wis., of the U.S. Army Reserve 322nd Engineer Company assigned to Task Force Larimar in support of the Beyond the Horizons mission, work on a drainage line, May 5, Barahona, Dominican Republic.
