A fuel meter counts the number of gallons pumped on a fuel truck. Staff Sgt. Michael Baker, a fuels specialist for the 455th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron, broke the Bagram million-gallon fuel record on Nov. 14, pumping a million gallons in 58 days.
