U.S. Army Brig. Gen. David Haight, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) and Afghan National Army Maj. Gen. Mohammad Yaftali, the commander of the ANA's 203rd Corp talk aboard a CH-47 Chinook helicopter May 4 after the conclusion of a joint Afghan and U.S. Forces security meeting in the Chamkani district of Paktia Province in Afghanistan. The meeting was held to assist the different branches of the Afghan National Security Forces develop their ability to cooperate with each other as they take the lead in the defense of their nation.
