    Capt. William Noel, Navy School EOD commandant, Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno and Marine Corps Commandant Gen. Jim Amos salute during the presentation of the colors at the 45th Annual Explosive Ordnance Disposal Memorial Ceremony May 3, at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Odierno, the event guest-speaker, spoke to each of the Army families as folded flags were presented to them. Amos presented a flag to each of the families of the fallen Marines.
