Marines from the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit onload medical supplies to the flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall (LSD-50) as the MEU embarks en route to provide humanitarian assistance/disaster response in the aftermath of Haiti's devastating earthquake.
