Utilitiesman 2nd Class David RIbet, Assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 7's embark team, calculates the weights and balances of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) being staged for deployment on board Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport in support of relief efforts in Port Au Prince, Haiti. NMCB 7 is deploying their Air Detachment consisting of 85 Seabees, along with 53 pieces of CESE to help start the relief efforts after the earthquake that devastated the region.
