Lance Cpl. Michael J. Young, a 24-year-old team leader with Lima Company and native of Leland, N.C., awaits take-off aboard an MV-22B Osprey during a helicopter-raid training event aboard Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., Oct. 22, 2008.
