U.S. Soldiers from the 7th Special Forces Group, make sure food distribution goes smoothly to the kids of Al Makarim, Iraq, on Nov. 19. The El Salvadoran army along with Iraqi and U.S. Soldiers teamed up to provide humanitarian aid to the village.
