Spanish Ambassador to Afghanistan Jose Turpin Molina and Italian army Gen. Paolo Serra, commander, International Security Assistance Force Regional Command West await the arrival of Spanish Minister of Defense, Carme Chacon Piqueras at Camp Arena in western Afghanistan, Nov. 10. Piqueras came to Camp Arena in order to bring home the remains of two Spanish army soldiers killed in action during a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device attack near Shindand in western Afghanistan and to visit two other soldiers injured in the attack. The soldiers were performing an ISAF mission at the time of their deaths, Nov. 10.
