Air Force Gen. Craig R. McKinley has his new rank put on his uniform by his wife Cheryl and son Patrick during a ceremony at the Pentagon, where he was also sworn in as the 26th chief of the National Guard Bureau Monday, Nov. 17. McKinley is the first Guard officer to be promoted to the four-star rank and is the 26th chief of NGB.
