Master Sgt. Jorge A. Galvan listens to anonymous sexual assault victims’ statements during a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response luncheon April 25 at the Butler Officers’ Club on Camp Foster. As part of the SAPR Campaign Plan released in 2012 by the commandant of the Marine Corps, established goals for the program include training, prevention, reporting, victim care, investigations, adjudication and engaged leadership. Galvan is a radio chief with Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
