Develda L. Edgington reads an anonymous statement from a victim of sexual assault during a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response luncheon April 25 at the Butler Officers’ Club on Camp Foster. During the luncheon, Marines stood up and read anonymous statements from survivors of sexual assault on how the SAPR program and the services it provided helped them, what could be improved upon, and also to give thanks to those who helped them in their time of need. Edgington is a Dallas native and the command sexual assault response coordinator of 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
