Army Reserve Pfc. Jorge Arciniegas, a combat medic and "best warrior" competitor with the 841st Engineer Battalion, 926th Engineer Brigade, 412th Theater Engineer Command, makes sight adjustments on an M4 rifle during the 416th and 412th TEC Combined Best Warrior Competition April 28 to May 2 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The competitors will compete in marksmanship with the M4 rifle in day and night and the M9 pistol.
