Pearl Harbor survivor Delton Walling speaks about his experiences in the newly renovated and reopened Harbor Control Tower on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Walling was in the tower during the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Originally built in 1925, the nearly 200-foot tower oversees ship traffic in Pearl Harbor.
