Senior Airman Joseph Baca, Ranchos de Taos, New Mexico, 210 Red Horse Squadron, levels the ground at a construction site April 23, at Barahona, Dominican Republic. Baca is assigned to the U.S. Army South Task Force Larimar and is participating in the 2014 Beyond the Horizon (BTH) humanitarian mission at the Dominican Republic. Task Force Larimar is currently conducting engineering works at five different sites by constructing three medical clinics and two school partitions in the vicinity of Barahona, which will provide the residents of Barahona better opportunities to receive medical care and school education.
