The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Chapel at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton is scheduled to reopen for an ecumenical sunrise service Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009. The chapel was built for military and Navy Yard personnel by Navy Yard personnel from materials salvaged in the Navy Yard and was officially opened in 1938.
