Lt. Col. Baron A. Harrison, the I Marine Expeditionary Force command center officer, participates in a regimental hike aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April, 17, 2014. The Marines were required to wear flak jackets and carried weighted assault packs on the eight-mile conditioning hike. This hike was the second of a series in a series of conditioning events that aim to improve the Marines' operational readiness and camaraderie.
