Equipment Operator 1st Class (SCW) Daniel Segretto and Equipment Operator 1st Class Charles Gugino, of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Two Five (NMCB 25) Water Well detachment, operate the Laibe Corp. drilling rig in support of water well drilling operations on New Kabul Compound (NKC) in Afghanistan. Members of the Water Well team have been tasked with the well on NKC as part of a contingency construction support mission in Joint Operations Area Afghanistan.
