Soldiers with 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, qualify with their individual weapons at a reflexive fire range at Fort Hood, Oct. 17, 2008. Two Soldiers that qualified that day were new to the unit, arriving just after 3rd Brigade Combat Team returned from California.
