Aviation electrician's mate Petty Officer 3rd Class Christopher Houston, assigned to the "Blackjacks" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 21, re-attaches a distributor harness to the environmental control system of an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter at Naval Air Station North Island. The environmental control system allows the aircraft to heat its rotor blades in the event of ice formation while in flight.
