    Master Sgt. Tiffany Gregory, a public health technician with the 176th Medical Group, Alaska Air National Guard, pours water from the City of Hayneville's waste-water treatment lagoon into a sample bottle that Maj. Rick Rymerson, a bioenvironmental engineer with the group, holds, May 8, 2011. Gregory and Rymerson were in Alabama to help test the waste water for permit compliance and related treatment adjustments, and with drinking water for chlorine amount. They were also deploy with another seventy service members from numerous military components and services in Hayneville for an Innovative Readiness Training mission. The IRT program allows for real world training opportunities for military personnel while providing needed services to under-served communities in the United States.
