David Falk, the senior non-commissioned officer for Co. C, 2nd Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, during a MEDEVAC class at West Fort Hood, Texas, Oct. 28, 2008. Falk, a native of Fresno, Calif., touched on every detail – describing how important hand placement is for the litter bearers when loading and unloading a trooper.
