Soldiers from Company B, 303rd Military Intelligence Battalion, carefully walk a litter with a fellow Soldier on it towards an awaiting UH-60 medical evacuation helicopter and 1st Sgt. David Falk (in tan), the senior non-commissioned officer for the Co. C, 2nd Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division. Falk taught the MI troopers the in's and out's of MEDEVAC operations during a class at West Fort Hood, Texas, Oct. 28, 2008. The culmination of Co. B's training was the loading and unloading of Soldiers into a MEDEVAC helo with its blades turning to give them a sense of what it would be like in combat.
