Lt. Ivan Borja, a flight deck officer aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan, demonstrates how flight deck control utilizes the Ouija board to keep track of aircraft on the ship's flight deck to a group of visitors from India during the Malabar 2008 exercise, a bilateral exercise between the United States and India. Malabar is designed to increase cooperation between the Indian and U.S. Navy while enhancing the cooperative security relationship between the two countries.
