The solar array at the alternative energy corridor at Tooele Army Depot in Utah is a Fiscal Year 2012 Army Energy Conservation Investment Program project. Pictured here in May 2013, the 430 solar dishes are expected to provide 1.5 megawatts of electricity, approximately 30 percent of the depot's annual electric energy need.
