Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger hands off a case of Girl Scout cookies to a Girl Scout during Operation Cookie Drop Thursday, April 10, at Stout Field, in Indiana. The Girl Scouts donated cookies and joined Airmen, Soldiers and Marines in loading a truck to distribute the cookies to service members throughout the state.
