Lt. Julien Geiser, from Middletown, Pa., assigned to USS Constitution, teaches Seaman Brianna Bays, from Trenton, Fla., how to use a sextant during a sailing evolution aboard the U.S. Coast Guard USCGC Eagle (WIX-327).
