Kearsarge is the primary platform for the Caribbean phase of the Continuing Promise 2008 humanitarian assistance mission, an equal-partnership mission involving the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Brazil, France, Nicaragua, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
