Lt. Col. James Wills, the executive officer of the 91st “Saber” Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st “Ironhorse” Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, presents the Saber color guard after its reflagging from the 1st “Centurion” Brigade Special Troops Battalion to the 91st BEB during a reflagging and change of responsibility ceremony March 26 at Fort Hood, Texas. The Engineer Song and The Army Song were played at the conclusion of the ceremony bidding farewell to Command Sgt. Maj.
