Command Sgt. Maj. Derek Cuvellier (left), a native of Exeter, N.H., and the incoming senior noncommissioned officer of the 91st “Saber” Brigade Engineer Battalion, 1st “Ironhorse” Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, and Command Sgt. Maj. Daniel O’Brien, a Dunedin, Fla., native and the outgoing Saber senior NCO, uncase the battalion colors during a reflagging and change of responsibility ceremony March 26, at Fort Hood, Texas.
