Sgt. Taylor Sanchez and Officer Jason Frederickson, both police officers with the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Provost Marshal’s Office, remain in a tactical position while searching for the acting suspect during an active shooter exercise at the Navy Marine Reserve Center aboard MCAS Miramar, Calif., April 2. The officers were on scene just six minutes after the call for help was made.
