An American jumpmaster performs a final jumpmaster inspection, looking for any low flying aircraft or other potential hazards on the dropzone and ramp of an American C-130 Hercules aircraft during a combined airborne operation in which 72 Dominican and 22 American personnel jumped 1,500 feet during a Joint Combined Exercise Training (JCET) operation at the 4th Paracidista FARD, Commando de Fuerzas Especiales, Fuerza Aerea training facility March 18.
