Soldiers of Company C, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, collect concertina wire from the streets of the Fourat community during the early morning hours of Oct. 5, 2008, in ongoing efforts to improve the quality of life for Iraqi residents in the West Rashid District of southern Baghdad. As security in southern Baghdad continues to improve, "Regulars" Soldiers of the 22nd Inf. Regt., continue to collect the razor wire for disposal, a grueling task that requires patience and many pairs of wire gloves.
