Spc. Damon Crutcher, an infantryman from Tempe, Ariz., assigned to Company C, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, crimps concertina wire using a six-foot piece of plywood, Oct. 5, 2008, while removing rolls of the razor wire from the Fourat community in the Rashid District of southern Baghdad. As the security in Baghdad remains at an all-time high Soldiers of Co. C and the "Regulars" Battalion continue to remove the C-Wire from the streets and neighborhoods of Jihad and West Rashid in efforts to improve the quality of life for the Iraqi residents.
