Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jennifer Tolbert of the 141st Civil Engineer Squadron takes information from Army Sgt. 1st Class John Bowen of the 144th Digital Liaison Detachment to update the daily personnel log at the Snohomish Armory. Tolbert, a Spokane resident, and Bowen who lives in Lakewood, are responsible for tracking Washington National Guard Personnel who are combing the debris at site of the Oso, Wash., mudslide. Both Guard personnel are part of the relief effort to assist Snohomish County and Washington State authorities to cope with the disaster.
