Joel Jiskra, 354th Civil Engineer Squadron pipe fitter, repairs a broken steam line 10 feet underground after it burst and melted control wires March 18, 2014, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Eielson has 34 miles of underground utility corridors, which are maintained by the 354th CES.
