Ted Martin, 1st "Raider" Brigade commander. Martin passed the colors to the brother and family members of Iraqi Lt. Col. Ra'ad Sahaar Moyan Juda al-Hussaini, commander of the 3rd Bn., 1st Mechanized National Police Brigade, who was killed during an enemy ambush in the Diyala province.
