Members from Assault Craft Unit 2 bring disaster relief supplies to Gonaives to be off loaded and transported to areas in need by locals. USS Kearsarge completed its humanitarian assistance/disaster relief mission in Haiti Sept. 26, 2008, delivering more than 3.3 million pounds of food, water and other supplies to communities devastated by several tropical storms and Hurricane Ike.
