U.S. Navy Gas Turbine Systems Mechanic 2nd Class Andrew Annett monitors the ship's propulsion in the central control station aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) in the Atlantic Ocean March 16, 2014. The Ross was in transit to Scotland to participate in Joint Warrior 14-1. Joint Warrior is a United Kingdom-led exercise designed to improve interoperability between allied navies and prepare participating crews to conduct combined operations while deployed.
