Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Pacific (FASTPAC) Marines embarked on the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) perform simulated visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) operations with the Hong Kong Police in Victoria Harbor, Hong Kong, during a port visit. FASTPAC companies maintain forward-deployed platoons at Navy installations around the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to provide crises-response capabilities and anti-terrorism and weapons training to security personnel.
