Shakn Abdullah Mushed Al-Rahma Obeydi walks away a free man, Sept. 27, 2008, with his cousin Sheikh Abdullah Sami Al Asi Obeydi, a Kirkuk Sunni-Arab Provincial Council member and tribal leader, after a 10-month detention for supporting insurgent activity in the province of Kirkuk, Iraq. Abdullah Mushed's release was facilitated by Soldiers with the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division in the spirit of reconciliation and in observation of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. The release took place at Forward Operating Base Warrior, Kirkuk, Iraq.
