21st Theater Sustainment Command

Spc. Cesor D. Silva, a human resources soldier assigned to the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s 1st Human Resources Sustainment Center and a native of West Chicago, Ill., highlights the names of passengers already processed by the U.S. Army Europe Ramstein Gateway Reception Center at the passenger terminal on Ramstein Airbase March 11. The 1st HRSC has five soldiers managing the U.S. Army Europe Ramstein Gateway Reception Center, which is responsible for processing soldiers into Europe and getting them to their assigned units.
