Staff Sgt. Makeda N. Moss, a human resources noncommissioned officer assigned to the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s 1st Human Resources Sustainment Center and a native of Virginia Beach, Va., hands paperwork back to one of her customers at the passenger terminal on Ramstein Airbase March 11. The 1st HRSC has five soldiers managing the U.S. Army Europe Ramstein Gateway Reception Center, which is responsible for processing soldiers into Europe and getting them to their assigned units.
