Capt. Patrick Kelly, commanding officer of guide-missile cruiser USS Chosin (CG 65) welcomes Rear Adm. Colin Chinn, U.S. Pacific Command Surgeon and People's Liberation Army Maj. Gen. Ren Guoquan, director general of the Health Department, General Logistics Department, and staff members. The visit of Chosin is to gain better understanding how medical facility works aboard the ship. PLA Senior Medical Delegation Strategic Working Group visit is to discuss engagement between the hospital ships, medical institutional and educational exchange to increase U.S. and People's Republic of China relationships and advance security cooperation within the Asia-Pacific region.
