Gunnery Sgt. Donald Hopkins, 39, from Kershaw, S.C., and Staff Sgt. Timothy Shaw, 40, from Bellefontaine, Ohio, both with Wounded Warrior Battalion East, compete in the upright 30K race, during the 2014 Marine Corps Trials aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., March 9, 2014. The Marine Corps Trials is an 8-sport invitational involving four competing teams comprised of active duty Marines, veterans and international service members. Athletes will have the opportunity to compete in an eight-sport competition to include archery, shooting, wheelchair basketball, sitting volleyball, swimming, cycling, track, and field events.
