James B. Balocki, command executive officer for the U.S. Army Reserve Command, left, meets with soldiers of the Army Reserve’s 319th Army Band during a visit March 6 to the Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command headquarters at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Balocki also met with base leadership and toured the 99th RSC’s Medical Equipment Concentration Site, one of only two such sites in the Army Reserve. Balocki’s visit was hosted by Maj. Gen. Margaret W. Boor, commanding general of the 99th RSC.
